• Call RHB Property Management: Call (559) 732-0313  to express your interest in the property, and to hear about the current availabilities at Sierra Gardens and Monte Vista Apartments. Let RHB Property Management know that you would like to submit an application. 

• Acquire and Submit Your Application: Ask RHB Property Management how to acquire and complete your application form. Ensure that you provide all the required information and documentation for our review. Or visit RHB Property management’s website.

• Double-Check All Paperwork: Follow up with us to confirm that we have received ALL the necessary paperwork from you. This helps expedite the decision-making process.

• Approval Notification: Once your application is approved, you’ll want to act swiftly.

• Secure Cashier’s Checks: Obtain the necessary cashier’s checks promptly to cover any required fees or deposits.

• Lease Signing: Schedule an appointment to sign the lease AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Please remember that we won’t hold the apartment or house for you until all leases are signed and the checks are submitted.
